Gallop is a nice place where to spend the evening in Kitakyushu. Sir Matchan leads the bar. On the pic I am in the good company of Miss Chiharu sommelier at Gallop. We are currently tasting some Saint-Veran. On the other pic a global view of the tasting board with representatives of the YMCA group. Mr Ichikawa forgot his famous cowboy hat (he is surrounded by my spouse Yoko and myself). There is a mic on the table, I have no clue what it is here for...
Asuza-san welcomed us for diner at his restaurant in Nogata on the 12th of August. We had the pleasure to taste his French menu: a many dish-meal with fish, duck and gibier. Overall it was a great demonstration of classical and more creative cuisine. I appreciated a lot. Mr Asuzaya also kindly prepared menus for children. I admit that I tasted them too. Great thanks to him for this very good time.
