Yesterday Chef Yoshida-San from restaurant Lien in Kurosaki and Sommelier Chijiwa visited us. Restaurant Lien opened in Kurosaki, 6 months ago. Chef Yoshida proposes a cuisine which is a fusion of French, Italian & Japanese. Yoshida-San is also much interested in fine wines (hence his visit!
